Due to popular demand, the Benchmade Knife Company introduced the Model 7500 Auto Tanto in 1998. By combining the worlds finest materials, craftsmanship, and the dependable taper lock system with the centuries old, battle tested Tanto blade shape, they have produced the ultimate in strength and durability in a tactical utility knife. The model 7500 has new thinner profile handles machined from bead blasted 6061 T-6 aluminum with a hard coat black anodized finish for long term protection.
